canXcer™ — A Virtual Wet Lab for Cancer Research. Together We canXcer.

Veteran Owned & Operated!

The platform

What is the canXcer virtual wet lab?

canXcer™ is an advanced biomedical research intelligence platform and computational Virtual Wet Lab designed to transform how scientific investigations are initiated, evaluated, executed, and advanced toward physical validation.

Integrating artificial intelligence, molecular modeling, systems biology, genomic and proteomic analysis, predictive analytics, and cross-source scientific evidence, canXcer enables researchers to investigate complex biological problems, decompose molecular and cellular systems, evaluate potential interventions, and prioritize scientifically defensible experiments.

Its goal-driven, modular Virtual Wet Lab features flexible, researcher-directed workflows that allow scientists to select, combine, modify, add, remove, and reorder compatible experimental methods as hypotheses evolve or new evidence emerges.

The platform intelligently recommends appropriate workflows, evaluates scientific dependencies and constraints, executes authorized computational analyses, and continuously documents experimental parameters, provenance, uncertainty, predictions, and outcomes.

By integrating adaptive research workflows with reproducible scientific computation, human oversight, and governed physical-laboratory handoffs, canXcer seeks to reduce unnecessary research expenditures, expand access to advanced investigative capabilities, and accelerate the identification and validation of promising biomedical discoveries.

Define the virtual experiment

A virtual experiment must test a defined research hypothesis with stated inputs, a versioned method, parameters and controls, then report results and uncertainty. Execution is limited to approved supported methods. A useful project names the disease model, proposed endpoint, missing information, and conditions before a computation starts.

The project record retains the question and its revisions alongside source records, versioned protocols and runs, reviewer decisions, and separately recorded outcomes. Researcher-provided data is a separately governed path, not a public upload box.

Connect evidence without changing its meaning

Public sources can provide study metadata, citations, pathway context, and curated interpretation. Each item needs its original source ID, date, limits, and permitted use. A successful lookup is a lead to examine, not a finding made by canXcer.

The workspace supports bounded public-source intake, evidence maps, comparability checks, explainable scoring over eligible governed results, and human review. Computational chemistry and scientific validation remain separate requirements; a software score does not establish biological or clinical validity.

From evidence to a reproducible run

canXcer begins with a project question, intended endpoint, and missing information. It brings source-linked leads into one research record while preserving the identity, rights, limitations, and overlap of each source. Those checks determine whether an experiment is computable and what assumptions it would require.

The run record preserves its inputs, method version, parameters, controls, outputs and uncertainty for qualified inspection. Supported adapters use pinned methods and independent approvals. A saved run specification or successful software check does not establish scientific validity or replace physical experiments.

The human decision remains central

Researchers decide whether the evidence is relevant, whether two records are comparable, and whether a physical-lab experiment is warranted. Unknowns and conflicting results must remain visible rather than being filled in by AI prose.
