canXcer™ — A Virtual Wet Lab for Cancer Research. Together We canXcer.

Veteran Owned & Operated!

Research intelligence for a healthier world

From a question to a clearer research direction.

canXcer is a proprietary Virtual Wet Lab and predictive research intelligence platform for cancer research. Authorized researchers can create governed private projects, inspect source-linked evidence, compare research paths, evaluate constraints, generate explainable research signals, preserve predictions, and track outcomes. Scientists—not software—decide what deserves physical-lab testing.

Cancer research first. Research participation across cancer, lupus, sickle cell, Alzheimer’s, veteran health, and other serious diseases.

THE PLATFORM / A CONNECTED RESEARCH PATH

A place for the question, the evidence, and the next question.

canXcer’s private workspace connects research questions, traceable source intake, governed computational workflows, comparisons, research signals, human review, and outcome history while preserving the differences between measured findings, published evidence, computational estimates, and AI explanation.

01

Frame

Define the research question, disease context, and what success would mean.

02

Ground

Resolve the entities and gather traceable, rights-cleared evidence.

03

Compare

Align models and cohorts before looking for agreement or difference.

04

Explain

Show uncertainty, contradictions, representation gaps, and the reason for a signal.

05

Learn

Preserve the original prediction and compare it with measured outcomes later.

Public evidence may include sources such as PubMed, PubChem, ChEMBL, cBioPortal, GDC, Reactome, and Open Targets. Availability and permitted use vary by source and study.

FOUR WAYS INTO RESEARCH

Different starting points.
One accountable process.

Start with a private research question, eligible public evidence, a governed comparison, or a community perspective. Each path has its own permissions, review, and evidence standard. Participants also have a dedicated application and study-interest path.

01

Researcher-provided data

Bring your own research context.

Define a disease model, research endpoint, known inputs, and missing information in a private project. Sample-derived data intake is not open until its separate authority, privacy, and quality safeguards pass.

Private projects live · Data intake gated

02

Public research data

Connect evidence across sources.

Connect the question to public studies, molecular targets, pathways, measured bioactivity, and cohort context—while keeping each source, study, limitation, and reuse right visible.

Source-linked · Rights-aware

03

Research comparison

Put research paths side by side.

Compare governed projects, experiments, cohorts, samples, compounds, treatments, targets, pathways, signals, methods, results, and outcomes. canXcer checks comparability first—and says when two records are not fairly comparable.

Live · Comparability first

04

The Village

Make room for more voices.

The live Village accepts governed community questions, shows approved representation gaps, and offers scoped non-clinical participation without turning personal experience into a clinical claim.

Live · Moderated · Consent-governed

THE RESEARCH COMPARISON ENGINE

Search finds studies.
Comparison finds context.

The canXcer Research Comparison Engine shows what two research paths genuinely share, where they diverge, and whether their disease models, cohorts, methods, and endpoints make the comparison scientifically fair.

  • Shared targets, pathways, and evidence
  • Differences that may explain an outcome
  • Missing data and apples-to-oranges warnings

PREDICTIVE DECISION INTELLIGENCE

A research signal should come with its reasons.

Research priorities need visible evidence, uncertainty, and limitations. A signal is a reason to examine a question more closely—not a treatment prediction or an automatic decision to run a physical-lab experiment.

01

See the constraint

Name what could block an idea: data quality, model fit, biological relevance, safety, or missing representation.

02

See the evidence

Examine sources, contradictions, and confidence limits behind a research direction.

03

See what happened

Lock the original prediction, record measured outcomes later, and compare prediction with reality.

Human researchers choose the next experiment. A low signal can mean the evidence is thin—not that an idea has no value.

Together We canXcer

The next important question can come from anywhere.

The Village connects research questions with perspectives from scientists, advocates, survivors, veterans, and the wider community. A lived experience can inspire a hypothesis; sharing it does not turn it into scientific proof.

Community contributions require moderation, consent, and clear boundaries. Personal medical stories and private researcher data are not automatically public research material.

People ask. Science answers.

THE RESEARCH PARTICIPANT NETWORK

Research needs people.
Your choices come first.

Explore a participant-controlled application with research interests, health and optional service information, travel preferences, and explainable potential matches. Start with the basics and return to optional sections when you choose.

Researchers cannot browse identifiable profiles. Expressing interest is separate from permission to share specific information with a research team. The research team determines final study eligibility.

The public application is available to review. Real participant registration is closed pending the reviewed consent and privacy procedures; approved test accounts use fixed fictional information.

FOUNDER-LED / PURPOSE-BUILT

Better research should leave fewer people behind.

Founded by Goddess Phenezy—a Black woman and combat Marine—canXcer puts representation and accountability inside the research question itself. It starts with cancer and gaps affecting Black communities and veterans, without limiting who can benefit from better science.

The Research Participant Network includes interests in lupus, sickle cell, Alzheimer’s, neurological disease, rare disease, veteran health, and other debilitating diseases. Scientific conclusions still require evidence and validation appropriate to each disease.

Research support, not medical advice. canXcer does not claim cures, diagnose disease, recommend treatment, or replace physical experiments and human scientific judgment. Sensitive data and community contributions require explicit authorization and review; this public page does not accept them.
